Honey Sriracha Grilled Chicken
2 lbs boneless chicken breast
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/3 cup coconut aminos
1 tablespoon sriracha
Salt
Combine all honey, coconut aminos, garlic, sriracha, and salt in a bowl
Put chicken breast in large zip lock bag and pour marinade on top
Let marinate for 3-5 hours
Chicken Chili
1 lb ground chicken
2 tsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 yellow bell pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 14.5 oz fire roasted tomatoes
1 4oz can diced green chilis
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
2 cups chicken broth
1. Start by sautéing the onion and peppers in the olive oil in a large stock pot
2. Once they begin to cook for about 5 min add the chicken and cook
3. Season with salt, cumin, chili powder and continue to cook until chicken is cooked through
4. Add diced chilis, tomatoes and chicken broth
5. Let simmer on low for 20-30 min
6. Serve topped with sliced avocado or guacamole

Deviled Eggs
Deviled Eggs
You will need:
6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup Paleo Mayo
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp mustard
Salt and pepper
6 slices of cooked bacon
1. Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and place yolk in medium bowl
2. In bowl combine mashed egg yolks, mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper
3. Meanwhile chop 4 slices of cooked bacon and add to mayo/egg yolk mixture.
4. Evenly disperse yolk mixture into the egg whites
5. Top all eggs with small piece of remaining bacon
Dirty Rice- Paleo style
Paleo Dirty Rice
Olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 head of cauliflower( rices)
Salt and pepper
1. Brown onion and ground beef in the olive oil over a skillet on medium heat.
2. Once meat is browned add cauliflower, seasonings, and chicken broth
3. Stir well, cover and let cook about 5-7 minutes
4. Serve when cauliflower is cooked to the right consistency
